Quick & Easy Pancakes Recipe

Yesterday I made pancakes and I just remembered it’s basically my blog title and I haven’t made a post about it yet shame on me.

So here’s a quick and easy recipe for very fluffy pancakes you can make to the person you love. And by person you love I mean yourself.

Quick and easy pancakes recipe

Ingredients :

  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar (even less if you want depends on what you like)
  • 175 g all purpose flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • A pinch of salt

Beat the eggs with the milk, add the salt and the sugar. You can add vanilla sugar if you’re a fan of the taste. Add the baking powder and the flour, mix until combined and lastly pour the oil. You can use a mixer or just a whisk it doesn’t really matter as long as you beat it till your mixture is smooth.

Heat your pan and spread a little bit of oil on it with a tissue paper before pouring the batter. Repeat each time to avoid your pancakes sticking to the pan. Unless you have a kickass pan then you won’t need to do that.

Stack your pancakes and drizzle with whatever you like, I don’t know honey, spread nutella on it, put whipped cream and forest fruit (my FAVORITE) or just eat it off the pan like some people in my house do. I won’t name anyone but I’ll just say that they’re very cute boys. Okay I can name two but I’ll keep the third for myself <3
